1, die forging,

For socket welding and thread of three, four, elbow and other small size pipe fittings its shape is more complex, can use die forging molding process. The material used in this process should be rolled profiles. If stainless steel plate is used as the raw material, the rolled profiles of steel ingot should be prepared first. The blank is put into the mold after heating, and the pressure makes the metal flow and fill the mold cavity; After die forging, if the blank has a flying edge, it must go through the steps of flushing the flying edge remaining material to complete the die forging work.

2, free forging

For pipe fittings of special shape or stainless steel plate not suitable for die forging, the free forging process can be used for manufacturing, and the general shape of pipe fittings should be forged by free forging.

3, cutting

For some of the shape of tubular stainless steel plate can be directly cut by rod or thick wall tube forming, processing when the fiber flow of metal materials should be roughly parallel to the axial direction of stainless steel, for three, four, elbow type shall not use rod direct cutting forming.
